These Terms and Conditions of Supply (“Terms”) apply where goods and/or services are ordered via the Care Safe Portal (www.caresafe.io ) and the Partner fulfilling the order does not have their own applicable supply terms. In these cases, Health Tech Services Group Ltd trading as Care Safe (“we”, “us”, “our”) facilitates the order and acts as agent to the Partner (“Partner”).

By placing an order on the Portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. Contract Formation

When you place an order via the Portal, you are placing it with one of our Partners. We act as the agent that facilitates this transaction and may also provide certain services such as delivery or administration on behalf of the Partner.

Your contract is with the Partner fulfilling your order. If that Partner does not have their own terms, these Terms apply to your order.

2. Products and Services

  • Product descriptions are provided by the Partner. We are not responsible for inaccuracies or omissions.
  • We may provide additional services (e.g. delivery, appointment scheduling) as agreed with the Partner.
  • Availability of products or services is subject to confirmation from the Partner.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices are shown inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • We collect payment on behalf of the Partner at the point of order.
  • Payment methods accepted include those shown on the Portal at checkout.

4. Delivery and Administration Services

  • Where delivery is provided by us, we will confirm estimated delivery dates and contact you as needed.
  • Where the Partner arranges delivery, your contract for delivery is with them.
  • If we perform administration of goods or services, this will be communicated to you and agreed as part of the order process.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you are a consumer, you have a legal right to cancel most orders placed online within 14 days of receipt. This does not apply once services have begun or for personalised/medical products.

6. Your Obligations

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Comply with all legal and regulatory requirements when using the Portal.
  • Notify us immediately if there are any changes to your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for losses related to:

  • Partner fulfilment or failure to deliver.
  • Service interruptions or delays.
  • Any loss of profit, business, or data.

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except where prohibited by law (e.g. for personal injury caused by negligence).

8. Complaints

If you have a complaint about a product or service:

  • Contact us at admin@hts.group  and we will assist you in contacting the Partner.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may bring claims in your local court (England, Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time. The latest version will be available at www.caresafe.io/terms-of-supply
