These terms tell you the rules for using our portal located at www.caresafe.io and www.hts.group (“Portal”).

These terms (together with the documents referred to herein) set out the terms of use for registered users accessing our Portal and the services provided (“Service”). By using the Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you are accessing the Portal on behalf of another party (e.g. a medical professional placing an order for someone else), both you and the end-user agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not access the Portal or use the Service.

1. Who We Are and How to Contact Us

The Portal is operated by Healthcare Tech Services Group Limited trading as Care Safe (“we”, “us”, or “our”). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 14817633.

2. Objective of the Portal

Our Portal connects users to third-party medical providers (“Partners”) for goods and/or services. Orders placed via the Portal are fulfilled by the Partner, and we act as their agent. Depending on arrangements with each Partner, we may also provide delivery or administration services.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Portal, you confirm your agreement to these terms. Print or save a copy for future reference.

4. Access Requirements

  • Only users aged 18+ may register.
  • Users are responsible for safeguarding login details.
  • We reserve the right to deactivate accounts or restrict access without notice.

6. Acceptable Use and Content Standards

You may only use the Portal lawfully. You must not:

  • Breach laws or infringe rights
  • Misuse content or data
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or illegal material
  • Use automated tools for scraping or data mining

Contributions must comply with our content standards (accurate, lawful, non-offensive). We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content.

Note: An Acceptable Use Policy is now available and forms part of these Terms. It sets out what behaviour is permitted and prohibited when using the Portal.

7. Cancellation and Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of placing it, unless the service has already begun. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 remain unaffected.

8. Intellectual Property

We (or our licensors) own all content on the Portal. You may not:

  • Reproduce, republish or reuse any material
  • Modify or redistribute our content
  • Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

9. Uploading Content

Content you upload must not violate legal or ethical standards. By uploading, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, transferable license to use the content as part of the service.

10. Complaints and Disputes

To lodge a complaint, contact: admin@hts.group.  We will aim to respond within 14 business days.

11. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access without notice for serious or repeated violations. You may have a right to seek recourse if we breach these terms.

12. Liability Limitations

We exclude all liability except where legally prohibited (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence). We are not liable for:

  • Service interruptions
  • Content accuracy
  • Loss of profits or opportunities

13. Security and Viruses

We use industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee a virus-free experience. Users are responsible for their own protections.

14. Linking Policy

You may not link to our Portal without our written permission. We are not responsible for content on linked third-party sites.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumer users in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring claims in their respective jurisdictions.

16. Language Accessibility

Google Translate may be used on the Portal. We cannot guarantee its accuracy and recommend users seek support in their preferred language by contacting us.

These terms may be amended periodically. We recommend reviewing them each time you use the Portal.
