We do not provide emergency services and only offer non-emergency transportation.
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior the required pickup time as it can take up-to 24 hours for a booking confirmation. To book our services, submit an enquiry via the contact form on the website, so we can get back to you for a risk assessment as soon as possible!
Travel dates can be changed up-to 48 hours prior to your journey and will incur a £25 journey amendment fee. Between 24-48 hours of your journey, we do not accept date changes.
As a pre-booked and pre-paid service, we reserve our vehicles for booked slots. Refunds are available on cancellations made 48 hours prior to the journey, incurring a £50 admin fee and bank charges. Cancellations made after the 48 hour mark are nonrefundable. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase within 45 days of receiving the refund request.
