This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the terms between you and Health Tech Services Group Ltd trading as Care Safe (“we”, “us”, “our”) under which you may access and use our platform via www.hts.group and www.caresafe.io  (“Portal”). This Policy applies to all users of and visitors to the Portal.

By using our Portal, you agree to comply with this Policy, which supplements our Terms and Conditions.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Portal only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Portal:

  • In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
  • For fraudulent purposes, or in connection with a criminal offence or other unlawful activity.
  • To knowingly transmit, send or upload any material that contains viruses or any other harmful programs or similar computer code.
  • To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Portal, the server on which it is stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to it.
  • To transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material.
  • To harass, intimidate, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, or discriminate against others.

2. User-Generated Content

When uploading or submitting content via the Portal (e.g., through order forms, comments, or feedback), you must ensure that:

  • Your content is accurate, not misleading, and complies with all applicable laws.
  • Your content does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
  • You have the legal right and authority to submit such content.
  • Your content is not offensive, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate.

We reserve the right to remove content and/or suspend user accounts that violate this Policy.

3. Security and Technical Standards

  • You must not attempt to bypass security features or access data not intended for you.
  • You must not misuse our Portal by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other harmful material.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that your own device has up-to-date antivirus software and internet security measures in place.

4. Breaches of This Policy

Failure to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of our Terms and Conditions and may result in:

  • Immediate, temporary, or permanent withdrawal of your right to use the Portal.
  • Legal proceedings for reimbursement of all costs resulting from the breach.
  • Disclosure of such information to law enforcement authorities as we reasonably feel is necessary.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy at any time. Please check this page periodically to take notice of any changes.
