Once collected, samples are sent to accredited laboratories for processing, and results are typically available within 24 to 72 hours. We can share your results directly with you and coordinate with your GP if required.
In most cases, we aim to arrange a suitable appointment within 24 to 48 hours of your initial enquiry, subject to clinician availability in your area. For time-sensitive or urgent needs, please mention this when you speak with our team and we will do our best to prioritise your booking accordingly.

For urgent but non-emergency concerns, our advisors can help guide you on the most appropriate course of action.
For many common blood tests, yes. We use the Abbott i-STAT System, a hospital-grade handheld analyser that produces lab-quality results within minutes of your sample being taken, so your clinician can share and explain them during the same home visit. Some specialised tests still need to be processed at an accredited laboratory, and our team will let you know which applies when your appointment is arranged.
