Certified Wheelchair

All our wheelchairs are checked and tested by a regulatory body to make sure your journey is fully safe and secure. We also provide bariatric wheelchairs based on the service users’ requirements.

Comfortable Stretcher

We have different sizes of stretchers which can be provided according to your needs. They can be extended & provide pillow support as well during the journey.

Trained Care Professionals

We provide professional support assistants who can support and transfer service users from bed to bed. They will support and assist you during the entire journey if requested.

Portable RAMP

If your pick up or drop off locations are not wheelchair/stretcher accessible, we can provide an extra ramp to take the wheelchair or stretcher inside the premises safely.

Carry Chair Support

Our trained professionals can safely transfer a service user up or down flights of stairs using a manual or electric carry chair (depending on the size of the stairs) resulting in a worry free smooth and comfortable transfer.

Equipment Support

Our vehicles have most of the essential items including tissue, water, blanket, pillow, and first-aid box kits.

We do not provide taxi services and recommend booking in at least 24 hours ahead to avail our services.
We do not provide emergency services and only offer non-emergency transportation.
Please contact us at least 24 hours prior the required pickup time as it can take up-to 24 hours for a booking confirmation. To book our services, submit an enquiry via the contact form on the website, so we can get back to you for a risk assessment as soon as possible!
Travel dates can be changed up-to 48 hours prior to your journey and will incur a £50 journey amendment fee. Between 24-48 hours of your journey, we do not accept date changes.
As a pre-booked and pre-paid service, we reserve our vehicles for booked slots. Refunds are available on cancellations made 48 hours prior to the journey, incurring a £50 admin fee and bank charges. Cancellations made after the 48 hour mark are non-refundable. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase within 60 working days of receiving the refund request. Please read our refund policy for the details.
